双光锂电解铜箔 Double-shiny Li-ion ED copper foil

公司可提供名义厚度6～35µm的单面毛、双面毛、两面光锂离子电池专用电解铜箔，产品幅宽范围100mm-1300mm。其中两面光电解铜箔具有双面结构对称，金属密度接近铜理论密度、表面轮廓度极低、较高的延伸率与抗拉强度等特性；与单面毛、双面毛锂电池用电解铜箔相比，其与负极材料粘接时，接触面积成倍增长，可以明显降低负极集流体与负极材料之间的接解电阻，提高锂离子电池的体积容量与结构的对称性，同时两面光电解铜箔负极集流体具有良好的耐冷热膨胀性能，可能明显的延长电池的寿命。    

We can provide the specific single-matte,double-matte,and double-shiny ED copper foils with the nominal thickness from 6 µ m to 35 µ m for the Li-ion battery; the width is from 100mm to 1300mm.And the double-shiny ED copper foil has the characteristics of the symmetrical structure of both sides,the metal density nearing the copper theoretical density,very low surface profile,and high elongation and tensile strength;comparing with the single-matte and double-matte ED copper foils,when it adheres with the cathode materials,the contact area will increase dramatically,it can distinctly reduce the contact resistance between the cathode current collector and the cathode material; the cathode current collector of the foil also has excellent resistance of the cold and heat expansion,it can obviously increase the service life of the batteries.
